Crystals

Many people have worked in depth with crystals over the years and through this work it was discovered that certain crystals resonate with certain chakras or produce certain feelings or emotions in the body.
These discoveries led to the development of crystal healing techniques.

Below, I have listed some of the more popular crystals and their believed attributes.

Whilst working with crystals can be a wonderous journey, crystals can also have very powerful energies. It is, therefore, very wise to ensure that you are fully grounded before you start to work with any crystal.

A simple and easy way to do this is to imagine roots coming from the soles of your feet and going deep down into the Earth, wrapping around rocks and securely anchoring you to the Earth's surface.
